grommit!
finally watched wallace n grommit today hahaha okay yes im kinda lag but WHO CARES IT'S SO FREAKIN FUNNY :D i just love grommit mans. the fact that he doesnt even speak just goes to show how adorable his actions alone can be. aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh! and the rabbits look so stupid that they look cute (: cant believe the whole post-exam hols just passed like that. and in kai's words, ive been transformed into a 'modern cinderella' haha cos no folks around = do all household chores myself! besides, sis has been given hell by the kids in her class haha and, to her, teaching pe (amongst other things) five days a week is no joke :pkinda random but just suddenly felt like predicting my block test 1 results:

mr poop's first match against ac tmr. after an emotionally and mentally tumultuous recharging process, im positive that hes ready to perform again. brings back some recollections of last dec hols. im glad i made it clear to him that giving up there and then isnt a wise option. ohwell prayers work wonders (: at least he can now look back n feel relieved that the right decision was made. words cant describe my joy n anticipation when he says "my first match of my last nationals!"

bring me back to life
finally got blocks out of the way. after the last paper which was an excruciating 3-hour history paper, had a mini girls outing in town with peeee, mich, adu, mad, sheryl. lunch feast at swensons where peee continues to amaze us with her humongous appetite, her newly-adopted brit accent, and mich's pleas to lay her hands on one of the those free swensons BALLOONS omg :p oooh yes and the classic moment:can't-rmb-who: chris (from american idol) is married with kids already la
maddiemoo: oh DARN! *sulks
this is soo unlike her. tsktsk. NOW WE KNOW.
then it was time for the Girls' All-time Favourite Activity -- shopping! that was when peee discovered im a sucker for earrings :D admittedly, YES. met up with mr poop after the rest left and we were hanging out at scotts when i happened to spot some dark-coloured form at a distance ...and it turned out to be coffeebeanmich! haha she was clearly amused by his ultra-pinkness (pink shirt pink socks and all).
a case of extreme stupidity later that day. i was walking down the little alley outside newton mrt when out of the corner or my eye i THOUGHT i saw a 157 approaching the busstop and thinking that i can and i must catch that bus, i ran like crazy for it and finally hopped on in relief. a couple of minutes later, the bus turned into some unfamiliar area in toapayoh and it dawned on me that this bus was not heading towards home and i called up mr poop who was, at that time, already eating with his teammates and asked if theres any other bus i could catch from there. he asked what bus i was on and i was just about to say "oh 157" when my eyes rested on this poster on the bus that says "New route for bus 57". sensing that something was amiss, i alighted, took a good look (for the first time) at the front sign of the bus, and it was only at this freaking moment that i realised i boarded 57 instead of 157 and im now travelling around some alien estate at night without any buses to take! gosh how annoyingly DUMB was that. was kinda panicking cos nothing at the area seemed familiar and my legs were killing me. anyway i ended up asking for directions from passers-by and finally trudged to tp central where i caught the CORRECT bus back. somehow a supposedly 30-min ride home took almost 2 hours =/ that was just utterly stupid. urghhh.
just feeling lazy.

rough patch
birdiexinyi. pee. mad. havent seen them so emotional in a long while. to xinyi: you arent alone girl! will be praying for you (:block test just commenced and gp today wasnt exactly fantastic. upon receiving the essay question paper, my eyes wandered down the page, mentally eliminating one question after another, all the way until qn 12. gosh. "trust your instincts"? managed to crap 3 pages. but somehow i just dont feel gd abt it. it felt somewhat superficial and i couldnt churn out real-life examples easily. urghhh. compre was okay, i managed to complete the darn AQ for once haha. anyway it's over and done with, and a-week-long revision lies ahead. j2s have practically no holiday. still feeling quite lazy on this friday night. suddenly felt like watching moulin rouge again. yes! shall go rent the vcd tmr :D hmm. wonder hows babyboyyy. 6 days in guangzhou. ahhh.
