two cents' worth
just finished reading The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom. thought-provoking, simple yet powerful comtemporary American fable. i was in tears halfway through the book. it's really effective in evoking a profound sense of nostalgia too. some interesting quotes from the book:"All endings are also beginnings. everyone's talking about it. yea i shall mention it nonetheless: the much dreaded O level results are gona be released on MONDAY. hmm, people actually have more confidence in me than i have in myself and i should just stop being silly.had a little reminiscing session today (: suddenly thought of listing down the 'classic moments' of A13:
1. peyyann's disgusting burrrrp being mistakened for nigel's
2. jamie's melodious yet comical laughter
3. jamie's horrifying scream that reverberates through everyone's ears
4. wenyen's ridiculous reason for not climbing over the seats in LTs: she's a demure lady
5. brandon's shirt getting dirtied during almost every break
6. christopher's essential need during a trip to london - in-flight movie screening
7. "Class, don'ttt warry abouttt the topic of CCCColddddd War" -- our beloved S.T

there have been rumours that O level results are gona be out soon. i would be lying if i said it doesnt bother me at all, but the service today reminded me once again that i shall walk by faith for God will mould me into someone he wants me to be. it's me again
i feel queer these days.maybe it's just me. the impatient, unthinking side of me who heads for trouble without considering the possibility of any dire consequences.
enemy 1, friend 0. game over.
maybe i asked for it.
people tell me to ignore it cos it's unworthy of my attention, but i just cant bring myself to act nonchalent about it. alright, then before this blows over, something else pops up.
this time i admit i AM thinking a bit too much. ack.
pastor john's service today touched me so deeply that i almost felt i could forgive immediately, but that was before i realised it isn't as simple as i thought. Oh God i screwed things up just after i vowed not to.

look beyond ourselves
we had some sort of 'personal/class reflection time' during projectwork-turned-CTsession today and i couldnt help but be overwhelmed by a flood of emotions. caiyu and jamie started crying even before we started! at that moment i had the urge to do the same. it's quite impossible to put my mixed feelings into words now.to live and let live. to forgive and to be forgiven.
chris and peyyann did a wonderful job with our class blog! in the nick of time really (: tmr we're gona paint the cny banner, and the fortune cookies are on their way too i hope.
