unconventional first day of hols

lit was baaad. thinking about it just made me down in the dumps.

went town with adu and maddiemoo after lit supposedly to watch x-men but all the tickets were sold out =/ so we headed for pasta mania and pigged out, during which i learnt about quite a few things mans. hmmm. well being the gluttonous me, i was desperately craving for subway so we went down to get yummyyy sandwich and cookies. on the way out i heard someone yell "OHMYGOSH!" and it was DARLING BIRDIE XINYI!! what a pleasant surprise ((: one of her friends couldnt understand why we still kept holding hands when we talked hahaha i guess it's just a girlie thing (: after mad and adu went home i hung around a while longer with birdieee. amazingly, she expressed her innate desire to become more FEMININE! :D so we went shopping for nice skirts for her haha so funny. that silly toops kept whining, "it's so not meeeeeeee!" trust me girl, that white skirt looks dashing on youu (: ahhh im hyped up for GSS alrd! target: one sentosa trip and one fruitful shopping trip next week! favourite slave jes and her friend haoquan joined us thereafter. haha and i discovered the latter is babyboy's ex-classmate! small world indeed.

and the mugging begins.

what can i say? mistakes were made and realised. some things were just meant to be.

ghosts of the past

haha i think little bits and pieces of God of Small Things have impacted our lives significantly. everyone's using phrases like "he has no Locusts Stand I" or words like "stoppitted", as if they're part of our language now. tomorrow is judgement day mans. i just wonder what kinda crap essay im gona come up with.

today's ct session was thought-provoking indeed. like what mad said, i kinda dread it each time they mention "cca records", or "testimonial". perhaps there is always this slight tinge of regret as to quitting the team and not joining any other ccas. but each time this thought pops up, i'd be reminded of why i quit in the first place, i'd be momentarily convinced that my decision was right. i dont know. it just baffles me each time i think about it. well, almost two years after making the transition from a crazily hectic lifestyle to one thats significantly more slack, i still bear an emotional baggage. i know busy schedules cost me alot, but there's a price to pay for freedom too. like, running out of details to fill up my dismal testimonial and perhaps even affecting my future uni and job prospects =/ i guess only my consistent cip records can salvage me now. and then there's the question of what am i gona do? where am i gona go from here? what next after jc?

i need prayers to light up my life.

thanks kais for your company during math lect tdy hehh yes YOU'RE SO CUTE! :D

ultrabitchy

i know i should be slogging for the upcoming lit paper but i just HAVE to say something about the wave of bitchiness lately. yea it is none of my business, but i cant help but wonder, is there really a need for all these? people irritate others all the time; people do stupid things all the time; people just dont please other people all the time. but for goodness' sake, talk it out and let it go, instead of harping on problems childishly, spreading rumours like wildfire, and blatantly displaying one's displeasure. my first reactions? appalled. disturbed. it just doesnt feel good to see someone being subjected to such maltreatment. perhaps i can empathize with the emotional torment to some degree. words are just about the most dangerous weapon around.

ohwell. i guess at some point in time, every one gets to be either the victim or the perpetrator.

that voice

ive been too lazy to blog. just plain lazy.

turned up for my last track&field meet yesterday. all that crazy cheering (A-A-A-AREEEEEEEES!) made me hoarse. but it was worth it! it was only then that i realised how much i missed cheering. maddie and i actually went over to the ny side hoping to join in for some of the cheers but they were so freakin' soft! we sounded so out of place screaming behind bunches of apathetic people. it was fun anyway (: surprisingly quite a number of my classmates were there too haha how miraculous.

someone save me from my stupor.
