biology the weirdo

first it was the prawn.

now, SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW ON EARTH DOES THE PUPIL CONSTRICT WHEN THE EYE IS FURTHER FROM THE LIGHT?!
and what's my brilliant explanation?
"the light intensity decreases from 2 to 4m, hence the circular muscles of the iris dilate and the radial muscles contract, causing the diameter of the pupil to increase."
i have just proven that i do not know how to read from a graph.
grrr. shall ask dad later when he comes back. it's either some weird cheem concept that we missed out, or the question is nuts.

right, let's look at how many subjects im not confident in:
higher chinese - my zuowen seemed 'empty', lack of content or something. paper2 compre wasn't easy.
social studies - quite okay except for the ridiculous 6-mark inference question.
english - my informal letter sounded as if it was written by a 4-year-old kid.
history - didn't study the sourcebased chapter in detail. wrote "similiar to a similar extent" when i meant "similar to a small extent". wow.
literature - arghh misinterpreted the prose and had a good cry over it.
maths/amath - pretty okay.
biology - *frowns*
