gives you hell

i took timmy's advice and drove dad home from work today. and my morale nosedived- my parking skills really really suck! it's my first time driving/parking at night, to begin with. but i admit that was no excuse. had to take 5-6 attempts to reverse-park, and there was a baby boy in the stationary car next to me, who obviously found it thoroughly amusing. he was bouncing up and down at the window, grinning at me, bursting into shrieks of laughter each time i (try to) move into the lot. ohgosh, i don't know whether i should be glad that i prolly made his day, or feel utterly ashamed of my incompetence (x

i barely took 2 days off - well, kind of- after submitting the mountainful of assignments and project, before i realised exams actually commence in about 16 days. and no i don't feel a tinge of elation turning 21 just 5 days before that. ugh i want this sem to be over. the fact that i want it so badly isn't really a good sign. i just hate it when lecturers try to cramp a million thousand concepts into the last 2-3 weeks of classes. what ever happened to teach-less-learn-more! applies to tertiary students too for goodness' sake.

well now i gotta go read today's - eh no, should be yesterday's - papers. night, world.
