family is forever

I hope I won't cry at the ceremony tomorrow and ruin my make-up.

Flowers arranged. Food and beverage in place. Decorations put up. Outfits sewn and pressed. Grooming done. Action plan memorised.

To me weddings are just formalities. What's really exciting and important comes after that. Which is why I'm super emotional because the person I grew up with for the past 22 years is entering the next stage of her life, and I'm overwhelmed by happiness for her.
