surprise

i never knew how it feels like when your employer-to-be calls you and tells you that YOU GOT THE JOB.

well now i do (:

but mixed feelings sank in thereafter. 3 jan is the day when my boy will finally get his ass back to this little island after travelling around half the globe. he's most likely arriving at night, perhaps 9 or 10pm, and ive made up my mind to go fetch him, but i'd have to get up really early the next day to go to work again. what if i get home late and get slammed by my folks? what if i cant wake up on time the next morning? definitely not a pleasant thing for a noob worker bee. urghh. oh dearr i can only hope for two things now. 1) he gets back no later than 9pm. 2) my folks will be EXTREMELY accommodating that day.

nonetheless, im excited about my job. when the interviers asked me about my expected salary i was stumped. and the cpf questions etc baffle me no less. however all the reminders about working with young kids are not new to me, thanks to prior experience at CEC (woots!). i cant just imagine how tiring it's gona be. but then again, it's a challenge im all ready to take up.
