The Leap Years

it was the first time i ever caught a local movie in the cinema! my usual cynicism is uncontrollably welling up, but i shall attempt to be objective nonetheless :D after all, there are 2 things that i liked about the movie: the quotes and Wong Li Lin haha. i don't have much to say about the latter except that the guy-with-awfully-long-hair (whose name i can't even remember) pales in comparison to the hot mama (: as for the quotes, i can understand why my girlies love the one about having to lose it before you can find it. it's so true that sometimes you have to force youself to refuse to believe it. it grants you the sense of consolation which you feel so skeptical about but desperately need. pengs likes the one that says "coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous" heh.

but then again, i burst out laughing at the most random moments, as well as before all the predictable parts, which were aplenty. i know i know, OBNOXIOUS. (x
