a whole new world

newsflash: im employed! first day of teaching my newfound student was.. eventful. praying very very hard for patience, strength and sanity to put up with:
1. why-are-you-not-married questions
2. yawning every 2 seconds
3. off-key renditions of Apologise and Sexyback
4. inability to add, substract, multiply and divide
5. repeated requests for my email address
6. countless " i know i know!"s that actually lead to "i dont know"
7. 5-min attention span
8. "can you don't give me homework so that i can talk to my girlfriends?"
