fallen

met up with adoraaaa today! (: her cam's spoilt and sent for servicing (haha first time i heard this word being used on cameras) so pity we cant cam-whore! urm so sorry i was more than 30min late =/ to top it off, i made a pretty grand entrance when i tripped on the escalator at cine, tumbled and fell. hard. i dont know what the hell i did. it happened so fast. i only rmb sliding down the sharp-edged steps and gripping onto the handle for my dear life. ended up with a sprained thumb and fresh new bruises on my right shin ('fresh' becos i just fell into some drain 2 wks back and the wounds have yet to heal completely). but somehow it didnt hurt alot while i was walking arnd, perhaps i REALLY tried, successfully, to ignore the agony. watched the Holiday and we both agreed JUDE LAW IS HOTTT STUFF! :D the numerous times he flashed his dazzling grin were SO deliberate but i must admit they work. heheheh. adu said the situation that the characters were in (basically the lovebirds live half a globe away from each other) resembled mine and my boy's, and she was wondering if i would cry or smth haha. well, at least in the end they got to spend christmas and new year together, UNLIKE US. ack. oh that was such a spoiler haha but anyway the movie is, in adu's words, another of those feel-good movies, typical of the Christmas season. hmm, i still prefer Love Actually (: well, HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY to aduuuu in advance!

ugly scene when i got home. mom got raving mad at me for injuring myself for the umpteenth time. and i really mean MAD. i know she's worred for me, but the approach was so wrong. dont wish to elaborate further. but to all the aspiring mamas/dadas out there, screaming your head off at your child for hurting himself to show that you care simply does NOT work. i dont know how else to put this. sometimes my folks make me feel like 8 rather than 18. nonetheless, thank God for my sista. she stood up for me the whole time. she KNEW exactly how i was feeling. i guess thats the difference between a 5-year and 28-year age gap. i aint exactly in the mood to talk to mom again. ohwell.

ever met a guy who'd listen to his girlfriend sob and yell and make a complete fool of herself over a long-distance call?yea thats my baby (:
