appalled

heard from wenyen and jacq today that 2 of their friends quit the floorball team. i can't believe this. apparently one of them even gave the excuse that she thinks it's not meant for her, or smth like that. what utter rubbish. if i had managed to secure a spot after 3 long weeks of selections, i'd be 100% sure im MEANT to get in. especially if i had proven that i have immense potential after so many rounds. especially if i had deprived so many others of the opportunity to play for the school. must we always take things for granted?
