random

i'm supposed to be doing research for an essay now so i'll make this quick.

just realised that lunching with seniors is quite an experience (: found myself intrigued by my year2, year3 and year4 eng elective seniors and their stories of FYPs, hellish schedules, career options etc. and how the guys are overwhelmed by the intelligence of their girlfriends haha. as one of them put it candidly, everytime her grades jump, my heart jumps too. it isn't difficult to sense that beneath all that friendly banter, they are indeed under various sorts of pressure, given that they're entering the job market really soon.

ohgosh i still have a long way to go, and i can't really imagine myself in their shoes just yet. but at the back of my mind something tells me, just you wait :p
