road to recovery

Perhaps the recent bout of gastric flu has done me some good by: 1. Helping me lose some excess weight; 2. Saving me some potential shopping cash which would otherwise be lavished on food. Hmm i just realised i finished watching all the auditions of Season 4 (the latest, apparently) of SYTYCD within the past 24hours (: well i guess youtube therapy is all i need for now in order to recover from my awful muscle aches and abnormal bowel movements!
